These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DramaHome Android application, including short drama playback, AI drama features, optional Android home screen/launcher features, app drawer, search, recommendations, subscriptions, advertising, rewarded ads, notifications, customer support, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DramaHome is designed for Android only. These Terms apply only to the Android app and related support pages.
1. The Service
DramaHome is an Android entertainment and launcher service for watching live-action short dramas, AI-generated or AI-assisted drama content, and drama recommendations. The Service may include free preview episodes, subscription-only content or benefits, advertising-supported access, rewarded ads, watch history, favorites, continue watching, rankings, notifications, customer support, and an optional Android home screen and app drawer experience.
DramaHome may update, remove, replace, restrict, or change content, features, layouts, recommendations, subscription offerings, ads, rewards, or availability at any time, subject to applicable law and Google Play rules.
DramaHome monetization may include advertisements, rewarded ads, and subscriptions. It does not include cash-value virtual currency.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service is permitted by applicable law.
3. Accounts and Login
You may be able to use certain parts of the Service without creating an account. Some features, including subscription status sync, purchase recovery, customer support, personalization, and account deletion, may require you to create, bind, or sign in to an account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share, transfer, sell, or lend your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
If you request account deletion, we will process your request according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Deleting an account may affect access to watch history, recommendations, subscription-linked benefits, rewards, and other account-linked features. Some purchase and service records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
4. Optional Android Launcher Features
DramaHome may offer an optional Android home screen, launcher, app drawer, app search, shortcut, and left feed experience. DramaHome does not become your default Home app unless you choose it through Android system settings or another Android system flow.
If you set DramaHome as your default Home app, your home screen layout may change. Your installed apps remain on your device and may be available through the app drawer, app search, shortcuts, or Android system settings. You can switch to another Home app through Android settings, such as Settings > Apps > Default apps > Home app. Device paths may vary.
You must not use launcher features to misrepresent DramaHome as a system app, hide the app's identity, interfere with Android settings, bypass Android or Google Play rules, or prevent a user from switching home apps or uninstalling DramaHome.
The left feed is intended to show drama recommendations, AI drama recommendations, promotional content, advertisements, and reward-related cards.
5. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use on Android devices.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including apps, software, launcher layouts, designs, text, graphics, logos, videos, dramas, AI-generated or AI-assisted content, metadata, recommendations, trademarks, and other materials.
6. Drama Content and Availability
The Service may include live-action dramas, AI-generated or AI-assisted dramas, dubbed or subtitled content, localized metadata, previews, trailers, covers, ads, and promotional materials. Content availability may vary by country, device, Android version, app version, subscription status, content partner, license, and operational settings.
We do not guarantee that any specific drama, episode, subtitle, dubbing, resolution, AI drama, feature, or content partner will always be available. If content becomes unavailable after you obtain access to it, we may provide reasonable support, restore eligible subscription access, provide a replacement where appropriate, or take other action required by applicable law or Google Play rules.
Unless clearly stated in the app, third-party content should not be understood as owned by, produced by, or exclusive to DramaHome.
6.1 AI Drama Content
Some content may be generated, assisted, edited, translated, dubbed, recommended, or packaged using artificial intelligence or automated tools. AI drama content is provided for entertainment purposes. AI-generated characters, scenes, names, voices, or story elements may be fictional or synthetic.
You may not use AI drama content, covers, clips, subtitles, or other materials from the Service to train models, scrape content, create competing services, remove watermarks, or redistribute content unless we expressly authorize it in writing.
7. Subscriptions and Google Play Billing
DramaHome may offer paid subscription plans through Google Play Billing. Subscription features, prices, billing periods, free trials, promotional offers, renewal terms, and included benefits will be shown before purchase where required.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play before the end of the current billing period. Google Play may charge you before the beginning of the next billing period according to Google Play rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play subscription settings.
Subscription access begins after Google Play confirms your purchase and DramaHome verifies your entitlement. If verification is delayed, interrupted, refunded, reversed, or found to be fraudulent, subscription benefits may be delayed, revoked, restored, or adjusted as permitted by law and Google Play rules.
Subscription benefits apply only to eligible content and features shown in the app. Some content, ads, promotions, features, or third-party services may not be included in a subscription unless the app clearly states otherwise.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled through Google Play according to Google Play rules and applicable law. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not necessarily provide a refund for the current billing period. Your subscription benefits may continue until the end of the paid period unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise.
If a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, revoked, or determined to be unauthorized or fraudulent, we may remove related subscription benefits, rewards, or access to the extent permitted by law and Google Play rules.
9. Ads and Rewarded Ads
The Service may display ads in the drama experience, launcher areas, and left feed. Ads may include banners, interstitial ads, native ads, rewarded ads, promotional cards, or other formats supported by the app.
Rewarded ads may provide access to eligible content, temporary benefits, or other in-app rewards described at the time of the offer. Rewards are granted only when the app and ad partner can verify that the required ad interaction was completed. Reward availability, frequency, eligibility, and reward amount may vary and may change at any time.
You may not manipulate ads, use automated tools to generate ad interactions, exploit rewarded ads, use VPNs or device farms to abuse rewards, or otherwise interfere with ad measurement or fraud prevention systems.

You agree not to:
Use the Service in a way that violates law, Google Play rules, third-party rights, or these Terms.
Copy, download, scrape, record, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or exploit drama content, AI drama content, subtitles, covers, ads, metadata, or app materials except as allowed by the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, modify, or bypass security, playback, subscription, entitlement, advertising, anti-fraud, or launcher systems.
Use bots, scripts, emulators, device farms, automated tools, or fraudulent methods to access content, subscriptions, ads, rewards, or recommendations.
Interfere with other apps, Android system settings, default Home app settings, user uninstall paths, or device security features.
Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, submit false support claims, or abuse refunds, subscriptions, rewards, or customer support.
Upload, submit, or transmit malware, unlawful content, infringing content, or content that harms the Service or other users.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may include or depend on Google Play, Android system services, advertising networks, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, attribution partners, cloud hosting providers, customer support tools, and drama content or playback partners. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. Your use of Google Play, Android device settings, third-party ads, and external links may be governed by separate terms.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, account, subscription benefits, rewards, or other entitlements if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created risk for the Service or other users, or if required by law or platform rules.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can uninstall DramaHome through Android system settings or Google Play. If DramaHome is currently set as your default Home app, you may need to select another Home app in Android settings before uninstalling.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every Android device, or available in every country or region. We do not guarantee that any specific content, AI drama, recommendation, subscription benefit, ad, reward, launcher layout, or feature will always be available.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DramaHome and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, device issues caused by unauthorized modifications, or interruption of service arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DramaHome, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
17. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law, such as by posting the updated Terms, updating the effective date, or sending an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by a competent court or dispute resolution forum permitted under applicable law.
19. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
